So this scent starts off on my skin with a fresh earthy and white floral with hints of rose smell that reminds me of gardening with my grandmother. It dries down to this beautiful green and tart green apple note with a hint of something slightly metallic but very clean.

It really is a beautiful fragrance but the beginning literally smells like the perfect scent for my grandma, not old or dated, just smells like a scent that was made for her! So I gave it to her to sample. It's still really beautiful and if someone were wearing it I would think it's complex and feminine with a clean vibe it's just not my scent.

I've heard great things of the un jardin line by Hermes but as a man it's way to feminine for my liking but if that's your bag then by all means. It honestly smells just like the name refers; a garden and flowers. I'm not good with the vocabulary many fragrance enthusiasts use but it's definitely a floral scent through and through.

Maybe the best thing Hermes ever developed. Very unique and a definite head turner. Probably my 2nd favorite sample out of the 11 I purchased with Creed's Irish Tweed being the King.

I don't normally like the fruitier scents, but Un Jardin Sur Le Toit is intoxicating. It smells expensive but light and clean.
