Clean, crisp and light makes it smell like a nice Springtime scent. I had tried D&G Pour Homme Light Blue before and didn't like it so I was hesitant to try this one. I'm glad I took the chance. This has a powdery lavender and a tobacco-ish scent to it. It's very classy. And while it does lean masculine, the best part, the gorgeous lavender dry down might work for some women too.

I've been looking forward to trying this for a long time and I wasn't disappointed. What a beautiful fragrance. I tried D&G Pour Homme Light Blue and didn't care for it. This however is amazing, a beautiful spicy opening almost like the grande finale in a fireworks show. I did three sprays to my lower and upper abdomen and my olfactory sense was overwhelmed but not in a terrible way. I was enjoying the experience, getting used to the spices and then came the second act. The classy powdery lavender with the tobacco in the back. Now I'm about to say a couple things that may seem contradictory but they're not. First, this is a gentleman's fragrance. This is not a fragrance for youngsters who won't appreciate the subtle elegance that this fragrance has to offer. An guy 27+ years old working in an office could wear this and it would be perfect. It's rich but not loud. It's quiet, confident. The performance on this in my opinion is perfect, it's got good projection for the first 30 minutes to an hour. Then it goes to a close proximity scent. Not necessarily a skin scent, but it's intimate for sure. If you're looking to fill the room, you won't with this one. This would be great during warmer weather day for office or night if you're just going out with friends or family for a relaxed evening. I think the man who's enjoys this will know exactly the right situation for it. With all that being said, here's where the seeming contradiction comes in. I agree with other reviewers that this could be warn by a woman. The lavender is soft but strong. This is a fragrance for refined people wanting something rich but light. If Axe Body spray is still part of your fragrance collection, this probably isn't for you.

I thought I'd like this one and I didn't just like it, I love it. The bouquet of spices in the opening is fantastic and then there's the best part, the gorgeous lavender dry down. It's beautiful powdery lavender in a bed of tobacco. It's very classy. And while it does lean masculine, this could very well be a unisex fragrance.

First off, scent decant Is the place to shop for samplers without a doubt! Cant believe this website isn't more popular.

As for D&G Intenso, its Not my favorite by any means. It smells like a soapy fragrance and the main notes I get above All else are sandalwood, musk, and lavender. Definitely becomes more likable as it dies down but still not great in my opinion.

Not bad but not a favorite!
