Bois du Portugal by Creed is an Oriental Woody fragrance for men, inspired by the fragrant trees of Portugal. Bois du Portugal was launched in 1987. The nose behind this fragrance is Olivier Creed Sixth Generation.The word millesime appears on many CREED fragrance bottles and is a mark of quality. The millesime designation means that the best crops from a particular year’s harvest were used in the creation of that particular bottle of Creed fragrance.This warm and rich fragrance enchants with opening notes of bergamot, a lavender heart, and a complex woody base of Mysore sandalwood, vetiver ambergris and cedar.

This is why I love decants

It’s a great frag, just not for me. I like that it is fresh and bright but the I think it was the vetiver notes that came off too “soapy” for my taste. Considered very masculine in most reviews but I thought it was very floral.

I’m enjoying this fragrance! It’s a lasting scent that started off very forward and when it dried down, it was subtler. A few hours later, it smelled scrumptious so I was told (wink, wink).

Give it time

This one is obnoxious at first but develops nicely.
