Its a creamy under eye treatment that definitely moisturizes. It is easy to get too much though and I felt it didnt soak in well. Nor did I notice any tightening of my undereye skin. It did moisturize though and was nice at night. During the day, it was easy to get in my eye and it caused my vision to be blurry until I had teared up enough to wash it out.
