GOT IT!

The idea for Blanche is, as the name suggests, built around my perception of the colour white. For the first time I actually made a fragrance for and with a specific person in mind. I wanted to capture her innocent and untainted side, with a fragrance almost transparent in nature. Blanche also represents an appreciation for classic beauty. The fragrance is pure and simple in structure but extreme in character, Ben Gorham, Founder.

Blanche is a fragrance by Byredo introduced in 2009. Just like its name suggests, the perfume is dedicated to white colour. It is airy and simple in its structure, but captures thoughts about a certain person who inspired the creator with its innocence.

The perfume opens with white roses, pink pepper and aldehydes. A heart includes violet, neroli and peony. A base is enriched with blond wood, sandalwood and musk.

Blanche fragrance samples available in 1ml, 3ml and 5ml sizes.

Nice powder girl

Blanche is a little too powdery for me. I typically like woodsy citrus dry vetiver scents. However, there is something intriguing about the scent as the day goes on. It’s a nice sweet girl scent. Maybe not for me. LOL

Clean, fresh scent

I’m very pleased with the product. It’s a light, pleasant fragrance that isn’t overpowering. I get lots of compliments when I wear it.

Clean Scent

Mold clean scent, but doesn’t last long.

So clean and fresh

A nice clean fresh scent, almost like fresh laundry. Not long lasting.

Pretty scent but not long-lasting

I sprayed my wrists. I liked the scent. I smelled my wrists barely an hour later and could smell NOTHING. Will not buy again.
